In the 80's and early 90's, the press and media looked to
Dr. Hufnagel for advise and labeled her the "Ralph Nader" of women’s
medicine. Fox Cable News, Gina Kolta (NYT), Elizabeth Rosenthal (NYT), Natalie ANgeria
(NYT), MSNBC, NBC, and Oprah are a few of the media who used Dr. Hufnagel as a news source
and collaborator. She has appeared several times on Oprah as a woman’s health care
expert. She has also helped the producers at Oprah, Babara Walter’s, Dateline, 20/20,
Rivera, Sally, Leeza and many other shows put segments together as a consultant. Dr.
Hufnagel worked with the producers of LA Law on a show devoted to unnecessary
hysterectomies, which won an Emmy™ award for the show.
This is just the tip of the iceberg. She has blown
the whistle on numerous people and topics including HRT, Larry Ford, the CMB, and tubal
ligation. The list of her accomplishments and whistle blowing is long.
She writes the following about events which happened
in the early 80's:
1984 - After being rapped by Dr. Wade and finding out that
Dr. Maclyn Wade was having sex with his patients (including Sybil Sherpard) I refused his
proposal of marriage. I immediately found myself thrown off staff at Cedars Sinai Medical
Center.
When this happens (being thrown off a hospital staff), you
have a hearing in California by the CMB. An 805 hearing it was called. The hearing
committee found my care was above the community standard. The hearing found that Dr. Wade
had personally attacked me. I was told the CMB would protect me from further attacks by
Dr. Wade. The hearing officer then retired.
I submitted additional charges against Dr. Wade. No action
was taken at all to protect me. No action was taken against Dr. Wade.
AT some point the CMB actually appointed Dr. Wade as head
their "ETHICS Committee". Imagine how I felt to hear this!
Nothing was done about the sexual harassment I reported to
the CMB that I was victim of. Dr. Wade admitted to having sex with me in court documents.
My 805 was found in my favor.
I saw some four women in 1984-85 who claimed rape by their
gynecologist. I reported all of these cases to the CMB. I am aware they never investigated
any of them. I also reported drug use by physicians to the CMB who took no action.
1984 I reported to the CDC the fact that I believed Cedars
Sinai had changed it ‘s policy for blood collection and had begin to focused on
collecting the blood of gay males. I explained I saw a case of a male with a disease I
felt could be transmitted by blood and seemed to be what was being reported as
"GRID".
Before AIDS was called AIDS, the medical community
called AIDS "GRID"
Dr. Hufnagel prior to her testifying on issues concerning
Cedars Sinai Medical Center meet and confered with Rabbi Mier. She was active in the
Jewish Medical Ethics group. She was the only physician at Cedar’s who testified and
assisted the parents of children who had contacted AIDS from the Cedars blood supply.
Anyone can contact Bruce Kasper as to these horrific events.His daughter died from AIDS
contaminated blood. CSMC had the highest rate of this infected blood in the nation.
Dr. Rubenstein (CSMC) in the early 80’s created a blood drive that targeted the West
Hollywood gay community. Dr.Hufnagel informed the Infectious Disease Department that
through a patient she admitted that GRID was in the community. Despite this notice Dr.
Rubenstein continued the campaign to have the blood drive centered in West Hollywood.
Many parents of the children that died never learned about the CSMC blood drive
focus on West Hollywood.
In the mid 1980’s Dr. Hufnagel was attacked at her
office by two black males who stated if she testified to help Bruce Kasper she would be
hurt. Her office was also broken into and the files she kept on AIDS at Cedars where
removed.The independent films her production company had in production in 1995 was clean
out. All the video and video equipment over $500,000 was removed. This was witnessed. The
police failed to charge the individuals seen in the theft with and criminal charges.The
film she had been making exposed the AIDS blood contamination at CSMC "BAD
BLOOD" with files was taken. There is far too much to tell in this long story.
All issues herein are part of court records and other documents. This can be verified for
the reader. The story is so complex and convoluted that it is difficult to believe it
happened.
Vikki Hufnagel filed the first sexual harassment case in
Los Angeles against a hospital. She charged Dr. Macyln Wade and Cedars Sinai Medical
Center (CSMC) with sexual harrastment and other abuses.
The EEOC reviewed the case and determined it had merit. Dr.
Hufnagel charged Dr.Wade with rape and claimed that Dr. Wade informed her he was having
sex with some of his patients.
She was thrown off staff when she refused to marry Dr.
Wade. Wade testified in court that he asked Hufnagel to marry him and having sex with her.
This is in the depsoition documents. These are records that CSMC tried to seal. As of this
date Hufnagel has never had a hearing on this matter despite the Superior court order for
Cedar’s to complete the administrative hearing s years ago.
She was told by Gloria Alread at the time that sexual
harrastment was not a issue for the courts, and that attorney would go up against CSMC.
Dr.Hufmagel could not find proper representation nor afford to battle the Ivory Towers of
CSMC.
As results of her removal from CSMC a CMB hearing took
place. The final out come of that hearing found that Dr. Hufnagel practiced medicine above
the community standard, she had done no wrong. he chairman of the commitee also found that
she had been professionally and personally attacked by Dr. Wade. The CMB officer stated
that the CMB would protect Hufnagel from further actions by Dr. Wade. No action was every
taken against Dr. Wade. Dr. Hufnagel also reported several GYNS for rape or having sex
with patients and the CMB never investigated these cases. The CMB instead appointed Dr.
Wade to head its Ethics Committee.
Senator Diane Watson contacted Dr. Hufnagel and asked her
to investigate into hysterectomy abuses. The end result was a government document that
exposed these abuses:"Hysterectomies in the United States 1965-84" Vital and
Health Statistics,1987,S13,No.92,DHHS Pub.87-1753. She then wrote and had passed the
nations first informed consent law for hysterectomy (CASB835). She is the only physician
to write such law for consumer protection and did so in CA, NY and Texas.

Letter from the ACOG opposing Dr. Hufnagel's actions to create an Informed Consent Law
This law has never been enforced by the CMB. Nor has the
CMB made the law
known to female patients facing a hysterectomy.
As Dr. Hufnagel was planing and building her career,
working on different projects, blowing the whistle, and fighting in court for laws and
justice, others were planning to destroy her and silence her whistle blowing. In the
medical industry, the easiest way to silence a whistle blower is to black list them and
strip them of their medical license.
During the senate hearings for the proposed law, Dr. Lauren
White CMA and John Whitlow ACOG threaten Hufnagel that they would have her medical license
lifted for her exposing the abuse of hysterectomy. Dr. White physically pushed Hufnagel
and screamed at her how he was working with Wade to destroy her career. This was witnessed
by Carol Beck and Trica Aude who provided declarations to the CMB about the incident. Many
threats and break-ins to her offices took place during this time period.
In 1986 the for the Board of
Medical Quality of California (BMQA), (now known as the California Medical Board or CMB)
contrived and implemented charges against her although she never had a single patient
suffer ill effects under her care.
In California, complaints against a doctor can come from
anyone (a patient or physician) or any entity (such as a hospital review board, a medical
association, or even a medical insurance company). When a medical board receives a
complaint about a doctor, the doctor is notified of the complaint and if the medical board
believes the complaint has merit an investigation is done. The doctor is told what the
complaint is and is allowed to respond or defend themselves to the medical board.
Dr. Hufnagel's case is unique because her complaint came
direct from the BMQA/CMB. Dr. Hufnagel was never notified of a complaint being made
against her until after the BMQA/CMB filed charges upon her. From the beginning, she was
denied due process. From the beginning, the goal of the CMB was to revoke her medical
license.
The CMB in order to build a case against Dr. Hufnagel
needed medical cases, records, and documents to present in court to prove their case. In
order for patient's records to be admitted into a complaint file for action by the board,
the patient MUST sign approval for their records to be reviewed and used--even if they did
not file the complaint in the first place. In other words, no medical cases, records, or
documents can be entered into court evidence without the patient's permission. This is
because their very private medical records become public exhibits as part of the case
presentation.
There is an exception to this rule. The CMB is given the
power, in special circumstances, to subpoena medical records through the legal system for
admission into evidence without a patient's permission. This power is given to the CMB for
unique cases (such as in a death of a patient) when the patient is unable to bring suit or
file a complaint themselves.
When using this power of subpoenaing medical records, the
CMB must follow a legal protocol and process that leaves a paper trail. The CMB in order
to begin any case using this special power first needs to know the persons name and the
outcome (death, coma, etc..). There needs to be documented reason why the CMB is using
this power to subpoena medical records that allows patients private records to become
public.
The medical records are subpoenaed and reviewed before a
suit is filed against the doctor. A suit cannot be file in advance because the CMB and the
Attorney General would not know what to claim in the suit. It might be found that they
have no suit at all. For this reason they are given the power to obtain the records to
review before they file suit.
The CMB wrongly used this power by using it AFTER filing a
complaint upon her.
So how did the CMB get the names of patients to name in the complaint?
The president of the CMB while this case against Dr.
Hufnagel was being built was Laurens White. White also sat on the board of insurance
companies such as Blue Cross, Blue Shield. Being president of the medical board and also
sitting on insurance company boards was a major conflict of interest. It was unclean for
White to be on both boards.
By White being on both boards is how the CMB was able to
obtain the names of patients of Dr. Hufnagel. Dr. Hufnagel was notified of this because
one of her patients, Mary Foto, worked for Blue Cross, Blue Shield. Foto called Dr.
Hufnagel and told her that "something very irregular was going on in Blue Cross. All
the medical files that referred to you (Dr. Hufnagel) are being flagged and provided to
the CMB and the Attorney General. BCBS was releasing medical records without notifying the
patients. The patients' rights were being violated.
On what basis did BCBS release those records?
On what authority did BSBS release the records?
How many records were released?
The CMB put the cart in front of the horse searching for
patients to file complaints against Dr. Hufnagel. The number of names the CMB obtained is
unknown. It could have been as high as 300 or 400. What occurred essentially was a fishing
expedition to find reasons to file complaints against Dr. Hufnagel. From the hundreds
names they obtained the CMB decided to use records from 14 surgical cases which they
thought would work to revoke her license when presented in court.
1986 - The BMQA/CMB first legal
action against Dr. Hufnagel was in 1986 when they filed suit upon her naming 14 past
patients as victims, but not as defendants. All these women were from California. These
were all women that Dr. Hufnagel had helped save. The charges the CMB alleged ranged from
medical negligence and false billing to refusing to perform a hysterectomy.
Two of the patients listed in the CMBs complaint was
Isabelle Monk and Jolina Collins. They did not give permission for the CMB to obtain their
records. They did not bring charges against Dr. Hufnagel and wanted to testify in behalf
of during her court proceedings. They wanted to tell the court how they were contacted by
the CMB. They wanted to testify about what was said to them by the CMB, and how the CMB
treatened them that their files would be used if they consented to it or not.

Dr. Hufnagel provide the following historical outline:
THE HISTORICAL STORY
The main charge against me was refusing to perform a hysterectomy. The court case
was very costly for me and the CMB (who was supported by the taxpayers of the State of
CA.) The hearings went over two years causing me severe hardship. At the end of
these the Judge Robert Neher found that I had not harmed anyone. Judge Neher
suggested that I be placed on probation.
The CMB without meeting and without the transcripts and
files to review refused Judge Neher’s findings and revoked my medical license. This
is proven because the clerk documented the date of the transcripts being completed and the
revocation occurred before this. Also there was never a recorded meeting to determine the
revocation by the committee. This is documented.
The Rama Haggerty case- the refusal to do a hysterectomy
case was also tried in the Superior Court of Santa Monica with Judge Harris. The result
was a 12/0 verdict in my favor. It was evident that Rama Haggerty had lied in
the administrative hearings before Judge Neher. Her husband Patrick made it clear that
Rama had lied the entire time. The CMB and Judge Neher were both informed of the perjury
of Rama Haggerty. Perjury also by Dr. Eugene Parks the expert witness for the CMB . Both
the CMB and the Superior Court Judge Yaffe refused to take judicial notice of verdict in
Hufnagel’s favor on Rama Haggerty. And no action as to obvious perjury by CMB
witnesses was ever taken. The administrative Judge for Los Angeles was given proper notice
and he took no action.
Four other cases in Superior court were dropped under Judge
Rothman. In hopes that the "witch hunt " would end Judge Rothman made a Judicial
Record that no wrong doing was found against me of any kind and that these nuisance cases
had been removed from the court. The CMB and Judge Yaffee also refused to take
judicial notice of this action by the court and Judge Rothmans’s statements.
During the Judge Neher hearings evidence of malpractice and
fraud by other physicians was documented in the court records and the CMB files.The
CMB had evidence that Dr.Lazarus made improper records and billings. Dr. Bernstein
perforated a uterus, failed to diagnosis or treat and left a dead fetus in a patient.
Dr. Rubenstein admitted to placing a probe into the bowel of a patient and billed
for procedure she never did. The CMB took no action on these admitted abuses that had been
uncovered.
Bizarre statements by experts for the CMB were entered into
as "truth". Dr. Mason stated that women had no physical orgasm, that sex
was totally in a woman’s head. Another female gyn stated "you never cut into a
uterus to remove fibroids". Dr. Mason and Parks claimed you NEVER repaired a
perforated uterus. Dr. Parks stated that "No one billed globally".
These statements were accepted as truths by Judge Neher. These are not truths and have
never been truths.
Judge Yaffe had stayed the CMB from revocation of Hufnagel.
He stated maybe...maybe Hufnagel did not give Rama all her options. Yet, when Yaffe
found that Rama had lied he took no action. Then several years later signed for revocation
reversing his early commits without any mention of reason, or fact. He signed on the court
document that he had reviewed the entire case. He had been instructed to review the entire
case.
However, it became evident that he had not reviewed the evidence files or the full
transcripts. He lied in his court document. He had admitted to only reading the initial
transcripts of the CMB experts against Hufnagel. He never read the cross exam nor any of
the more than 30 volumes .The evidence files and court documents were boxed and had not
been openned or looked at by Yaffee. The order he signed he had to cross out that he
reviewed the entire case because he did not. This is in the court record. This is totally
bizarre that a Superior Court Judge crosses out his document because it was false and did
not represent truth. A request for review by the Judicial Council for this issue was
formally made and no action ever taken.
At this point the CMB had changed the appeal laws.
Physicians had lost their right to appeal in the State of California. Hufnagel had top
legal council Melanie Lomax file an appeal to later tell her she failed to know the law
had changed. I had paid many thousands of dollars in legal fees to Frank Fresinda who had
no idea about the appeal laws changing. I had no idea that an appeal did not exist.

Dr. Hufnagel was asked by Commissioner Conran to testify before the Grace Commission. The
issues concerning Dr. Wade, Dr. White and Whitlow were exposed to the Department of
Consumer Affairs. The end result was the removal of Wagstaff and his staff from the CMB.
The Grace Commission was to
review her case under the Department Head of Consumer Affairs head Conran through the
investigations by the California Highway Patrol, Commissioner Conran left and the review
never took place.
The right to appeal was removed and the case was not heard based on this new law.
The court having been pressured by the CMB for over 10
years to revoke Dr. Hufnagel's. The judge, when finalizing the case, summarized the
proceedings and to appease the CMB proposed a judgment. The judges' recommendation,
although the jury exonerated her, was that Dr. Hufnagel should be placed on probation.
This was not good enough for the CMB. They filed charges
upon Dr. Hufnagel in order to revoke her license, revoke her license is what they wanted
and revoke her license is what they were doing to get …. So being the medical board
that's exactly what they did.
The CMB, upon court cases being finalized against doctors
is given the unique power to allow the judicial judgments OR they can order their own
judgments. The CMB opted to order their own judgment, which was to revoke her license.
Keep in mind that in reviewing finalized cases the CMB themselves are generally not the
party that charged the original complaint. Also, the CMB generally waits to
order their own judgment until AFTER the transcripts are completed.
In September 1996 Dr. Hufnagel had to surrender her CA
license.
During this time period Dr. Hufnagel had her entire case
reviewed by the United States OFFICE OF THE INSPECTOR General. The OIG found that
Dr. Hufnagel provided care above the standard care in California and throughout the
nation. The OIG also found there was no wrong doing at all done by Hufnagel that the CMB
had charged her with. It also found that her Female Reconstructive Surgery was unique and
a skill needed to repair women. The OIG approved her as a private surgeon given permission
to operate at any US Military base, Dr.Hufnagel was sent to operate and use FRS to teach
at a US Military Hospital her after California license revocation.
Technically the CMB revoked Dr. Hufnagel's license for what
they said were billing errors. She was told by the CMB that she could reapply for
reinstatement of her medical license in a couple of years.
As a safeguard, state medical boards, (California included)
reports all actions taken against physicians to the Federation
of State Medical Boards and to the National
Practitioner Database who in turn sends out notifications to all states where the
physician is licensed to practice medicine. Dr. Hufnagel on her own also notified the HI
and NY State boards of having lost her CA license. She was very public about what had
happened to her and wrote about it at her web site.
When the CMB reported to the NY medical board, they
communicated to them slanderous statements and personal opinions made by the CMB that Dr.
Hufnagel "has deficient medical skills", "lacks moral fitness",
"used her medical license to commit fraud", "refuses to take responsibility
for her actions", "has little understanding of her conduct", "admitted
her psychological impairment" and "would (make) a bad candidate for retraining
and rehabilitation." These statements promoted the NY State medical board, although
they had no complaints on file in their state regarding Dr. Hufnagel, to follow suit and
revoke her license. This was done without an investigation or hearing. They then repeated
publicly these statements as the reason why they revoked her license, along with the
statement that she "refused to perform a hysterectomy".
Residing in California but unable to practice medicine
there, Dr. Hufnagel went about writing books, doing medical/legal reviews and consults,
speaking at conferences, and doing research (all which is not the practice of medicine).
She also continued to blow the whistle. She testified in court cases, did TV and radio
news segments, and wrote on the internet about negative side effects of tubal ligation
known as post tubal syndrome (PTS), pointing the finger at her ACOG OBGYN peers that they
know of PTS but do not inform women of the risks at the time of consent. She testified in
FDA hearings urging them to halt the experimental uterine artery embolism (UAE) studies
for treatment for fibroids in which PVC pellets (silicone) are injected into women's
uterine arteries.
The CMB never ordered or told Dr. Hufnagel that she could
not practice medicine in the states that she held a medical license or that she could not
seek employment outside of the United States. She was never told that in doing so would
cause additional actions from the CMB, or that it would jeopardize her being able to apply
for reinstatement for her CA medical license in the future. All throughout her
career Dr. Hufnagel had many job offers from hospitals and surgical centers from within
the US and from outside the US. After the loss of her licience she was approched by
a Hospital in Mexico with the offer to open a FRS center at their location. Still,
Dr. Hufnagel didn't want to jeopardize being able to apply for reinstatement in CA so she
contacted the CMB to find out if they would object to her teaming with a doctor outside
the US in order to offer and provide FRS services. The CMB told her that would
be O.K.
So why did the CMB conduct a RAID upon Dr. Hufnagel's home
in 2001?
The following time line helps put
the events in perspective:
9-97 - Susan finds out she is post
menopausal at age 36, two years after her tubal ligation. Her FSH is 92 and her LH is 27.
10-97 - Susan is told by Dr. Perozzo Chen that her menopausal condidion
could hav been caused by the doctor cutting viens to her ovaires at the time of her tubal
ligation. - Susan seeks a lawyer who contacts Dr. Hufnagel for a medical reivew.
2-98 - After obtaining medical review from
Dr. Hufnagel, and speaking with her, Susan puts in place the Coalition for Post Tubal
Women website. www.Tubal.org
4-13-98 - Susan files suit in IL against
Dr. Rosenberg and fires her lawyer the next day. Cause of the suite is for not informing
of risks of tubal ligation, for causing Susans menopausal condition, for Rosenbergs
refusal to diagnose and properly treat her condition, and for his error of prescribing her
drugs which were dangerous and could have killed her. During the court proceedings
Susan realizes that she needs more proof then just a time line that she had a tubal
ligation and then became menopauseal to prove that Rosenberg created her life long
negative health condition. She decides to have a 2nd surgery to obtain the proof needed.
7-21-98 - Susan has surgery with Del
Junco. Surgery was to obtain tissue biopsy for IL court case. (Bucher vs. Rosenberg)
Del Junco is aware that Susan is having the surgery to obtain information for her court
case. In Susans words:
8/98 - 9/98 Del Junco refused to provide
Susan with her medical records. She had to hired a private detective to obtain them.
1 2 Once she received them
she was able to forwarded them to Dr. Hufnagel for review. It is found that Del junco does
not do biopsy, he does nothing at all at the time of the surgery. The photographic
evidence shows that Del Junco wrote false report. He told Dr. H that he spoke with
Rosenberg and with the "authorities", and that she, if she knew what was best
for her, should not communicate with Susan, and to not tell Susan that her ovaries are
atrophic. He threatens Dr. Hufnagel with harm if she did. -
Sept, 1998 Dr. Hufnagel's home
broken into. Target was her
personal office.
Oct of 1998 - Begining about Oct of 1998,
Dr. Hufnagel come under attack by a woman named "Barbara" at
her public forum. Read the 1998-2000 Archived Bulletin
Board Postings It is not until some time later that Dr. Hufnagel learns who
"Barbara" is.
Jan, 1999 Dr. Hufnagel's home
broken into - office was again targeted.
March '99 - Protesting "Live"

Because hysterectomy is the most "poplar" surgery that a post tubal woman is

September 21, 1999, the California Medical
Board santioned Dr. Hufnagel the amount of $500 and orders her to remove the
initials "MD" from her name. Carla Dionne proudly
presents this information at her web site, but fails to state that the action taken by the
CMB was a gross abuse of their power.
Dionne actions along with Barbra Martin and the healthfraud
group, organizing complaints to have the CMB to take this action on Dr. Hufnagel shows Qui
Tam - RICO - Hufnagel was exonerated of the order/sanction by the CMB at which time
she notified the FBI, the courts and the CMB that she was the target of
unfounded/unwarranted attacks for her continued whistle blowing activities, and she asked
for protection from all.
In Dr. Hufnagel's words:
"The title MD is a title I earned upon graduation from
medical school, and is not something the CMB or anyone can take away from me. This
should have been understood by the CMB prior to their action to sanction me. I was
exonerated of the order/sanction by the CMB at which time I notified the courts and the
CMB that I was the target of unfounded/unwarranted attacks for my continued whistle
blowing activities. I asked for protection from the Courts and the CMB. At
this time the CMB should have reviewed who/what caused them to take such an unfounded
action and taken seriously the notice that was given that unfounded/unwarranted attacks
were being waged against me. The CMB ignored the notice that I was being targeted
and disregarded my plea for protection. What they did next (the raid) was done with
out merit or reason"

Summer 2001 - Carla Dionne posts the
following: "the Hawaii medical board FINALLY began investigating complaints recently
filed (by Dionne and Martin). This medical board moves about as slowly as the
lava does...heaven only knows when we'll actually learn when/if they decide to move
forward on disciplinary licensure action..."
Dr. Hufnagel wonders how Dionne would know this information BEFORE Dr. Hufnagel or
anyone else knew this was occuring.

8-6-2001: Susan receives notice from the
CMB that they have closed her complaint file against Del Junco, Jr. 1 2
Letter is bizarre, as they (the authors of the letter) state their opinion of her medical
history. They are not doctors and are not to provide an explanation to her of their
opinoin of how she came to be in her menopausal condition. The letter states there
is no reason to discipline del Junco. The CMB never interviewed me regarding events, and
never interviewed any wittiness to the events which occurred. Susan and I called the
CMB and ask questions. We ask for information about Del Junco's past relationship with the
now current president, and for other information. (His brother,
etc...) The CMB does not respond or reply. Susan's complaint with Del Junco
Jr. was not that he created the menopausal condition in her. Her complaint was that
he didn't do the biopsy that he promised that he would do. This is what Susan based
her consent to having surgery with him. Susan needed this information to present to
the IL courts in support of her IL Suit against Rosenberg. Del Junco Jr., actions of
not doing a simple biopsy, and writing the medical report in the way he did was done to
jeopardize Susan's court case, and to obstruct justice in the IL courts, and was gross
misconduct. The CMB closing the complaint against him was done to protect him.
It was a misuse of their power, and groos misconduct on their part.

November 20, 2001 - CMB raid
See the Warrent
In 2001, with guns drawn, the CMB
raided Hufnagel's Los Angeles home. Hufnagel was not present at the time of the raid, but
her housekeeper, Darlene, was. They held Darlene at gunpoint for four hours not allowing
her to leave, make a telephone call, or even to use the bathroom. The warrant used in the
raid was signed by a Santa Clarita Judge who was told by the CMB that Hunfagel had a sign
in front of her home offering medical treatments and had an operating room inside her
home, neither which was true.
"Those that conducted the raid saw that there
was no sign in front of my house, and upon entering my home they saw that there was not an
operating room, no medical equipment, and no surgical equipment."
While holding Darlene at gunpoint they removed from
Hufnagel's home personal items such as books she had completed for publication, art work,
diplomas, jewelry, computers, first editions books, telephones, answering/fax machines,
video/still cameras, legal files pertaining to her divorce, chapter 11, and her
application for her medical reinstatement.
Now Hufnagel is blowing the whistle on the CMB for their
abuse of their power and for their role in attacking her for her whistle blowing
activities.
"The CMB is a regulatory agency. They have a
duty and responsibility to research and investigate fully allegations before they respond
to charges and before they exercise their police powers. The CMB knew that I was the
target of false allegations".
The CMB put one foot over the line when they
sanctioned her in 99' for using the title MD and ordered her to remove from her name the
title MD. This action by the CMB was a direct result from false allegations, actions and
complaints made by the healthfraud group/Carla Dionne/BMartin/AbelsonTaylor/PSIpr and
other un-named parties working together.
In issue of the Raid: The CMB had KNOWLEDGE that VH
was in the past a target of false alagations which caused a wrongful action by the CMB. If
the CMB didn't know before, they surely knew in 99' that false accusations were being made
about VH and that she was a target of this group because when settling the issue of the
sanction, VH informed the CMB that she was the target of false accusations made by the
healthfraud group/Carla Dionne/BMartin/AbelsonTaylor/PSIpr in 99', and asked the CMB for
their protection.
The CMB crossed the line when they raided her home in 2001.
In doing so the CMB became a KNOWN party and accomplice to the healthfraud group/Carla
Dionne/BMartin/AbelsonTaylor/PSIpr in their actions to publicy harass VH, to block VH from
regaining her CA licience, plus more.

Note: During this hearing the CMB demanded that nothing of the RAID be spoken of in front
of the Judge.
Augest 2005 - Update of the RAID - The
warrent for the raid was signed by Judge Floyd Baxter of the Superior Court of Santa
Clarita. Judge Floyd Baxter is a traffic judge. Why would the CMB go to a traffic
judge located in Santa Clarita county to get a warrent to raid VH's home?
The CMB maliciously and intentional lied to Judge Floyd
Baxter. They had no evidence what so ever that plaintiff had a medical practice at her
home. The CMB, by obtaining a false warrent and
raiding VHs home shows gross miscounduct, and abuse of power.
Hufnagel went to Judge Floyd Baxter's court over 20
times from 2001 till 2004 seeking documents. Dr. Hufnagel found there were NO files
at the court pertaining to the raid upon her home. In order to conduct a raid there must
be a complaint filed with the court. Were is that complaint? It's NOT there.
In order for the CMB to conduct a raid, the CMB must have a police escort.
She learned that the police and District Attorney were never contacted by the CMB. They
have no record of a raid being conducted on her home on that date or on any date ever, and
their was no one assigned to a CMB raid on that date. NO documents of fact or
evidence of any kind was filed with the court establishing she had a medical practice in
her home. Because Judge Floyd Baxter was the Judge that signed the warrent,
Dr. Hufnagel had to file in his court in order to have her propter returned to her.
She went to the court over 20 times from 2001 till 2004 seeking court documents, and
filing documents in order to have her protery returned to her. Finally in 2004 Judge
Floyd Baxter took her demand to return items to her and signed that motion. He and his
staff had no files from the CMB.
This story and time line is still in the process of
